Southwest Dip, Salsa and Queso Mix
A bold Cajun blend of tomato, garlic, cheddar cheese, paprika, cayenne, Tabasco, and black and white pepper delivers a savory flavor with a lively kick.

Dip: Mix the packet with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Dressing: Mix the packet with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk.
Spread or Cheeseball: Mix the packet with two 8-ounce packages of room-temperature cream cheese and ¼ cup softened butter. Add 1–3 tablespoons sour cream for a softer spread.
Lower-fat alternatives such as Greek yogurt, low-fat mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, or hummus may be substituted.
Serve with chips, crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables. It also makes a flavorful seasoning or sauce for chicken, shrimp, fish, potatoes, rice, burgers, and sandwiches.
