Directions

Dip: Mix the packet with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Dressing: Mix the packet with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk.

Salsa: Mix one packet with three 15-ounce cans of crushed or diced tomatoes, or with 3 pounds of diced fresh tomatoes.

Queso: Mix one packet with 2 pounds of Velveeta cheese and 1 cup milk.

Spread or Cheeseball: Mix the packet with two 8-ounce packages of room-temperature cream cheese and ¼ cup softened butter. Add 1–3 tablespoons sour cream for a softer spread.

Lower-fat alternatives such as Greek yogurt, low-fat mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, or hummus may be substituted.
